Marley always has an excuse as to why he feels he should not participate in the daily tasks. His big eyeballs give him a slightly better vision than the rest of the Paradise Circus. Marley enjoys smoking with his friends, but sometimes he just chews the weed in his mouth. He used to live with his family before he decided to join his friends at Paradise Circus. Despite his laziness, Horace still sees him as an important member of the circus – a decision that seems to baffle the other members. Marley also has a penchant for doing silly things, and, whenever something is wrong, he is usually the first suspect. Marley has a thick skin and, many times, he is used for the more dangerous acts – as long they don’t involve fire which is perhaps his greatest fear.
